Spring LO for Shadow Frame

For the a club project, I created this single page to go in the Shadow Box Frame.  It's a version based on Lalia Harris' page.

I think it turned out super cute!   I added clear sparkles to different areas, used more of the compliments and not all of my cuts are just like Lalia's.  I also used Liquid Glass for some fun accents!

Christmas Cheer

This was a quick card I created using the CTMH Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge.  Two pieces of cardstock, a card base, some gold shimmer trim, & some bling and my card is done!!

I used one of the Pocket Card images from the cartridge and slightly trimmed it down so it fit on my card base.  Then I cut a piece of Ruby cardstock so it was slightly larger (~1/4") than the New England Ivy piece.

All the corners are rounded, as well as the card base.  I placed some gold shimmer trim behind the CHRISTMAS cut out for some pop.  Had to get a little tricky getting it to stay so I could adhere it all together correctly; place tape or a piece of paper over the shimmer trim so it stays in place (think bandaid).  To finish it off, I used the gold bling gems.

It's a time for cheer and love, friends and family, and bundling up on the couch with a good book.  To celebrate the season, it's a tradition to send cards out to friends, family, customers, businesses, and anyone else meaningful in our lives.  Here is a fairly quick card I created using the Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge.

The card base is cut using Glacier cardstock & is from one of the Scene images as well as the Let it Snow piece.  I placed white daisy cardstock behind the accent piece so the sentiment and snowflakes popped.  Using the Snowflakes stamp set, I stamped snowflakes in Glacier ink randomly on the front of the card.

I added Red & Black Shimmer Trim to accent the snowman's scarf and buttons.  I punched a circle out to back the snowman and then traced the scarf and buttons and laid the shimmer trim over my marks.  Then secured the circle in place, so my handy work only showed on the front and there is a clean finish on the inside.

Queen of Hearts

A friend of mine asked me to make a retirement card for a co-worker.  He gave me some ideas on what she liked, but what stuck out was the theme for her going-away party...Queen of Hearts.  So I broke out my Cricut and the new Artfully Sent Cricut cartridge to come up with his beauty!

It's a 5"x7" card.  I used the two hearts from the new You're the Bomb stamp set (below on the left) featured in the Seasonal Expressions guide.  The great thing about this stamp set is that $3 of the proceeds goes to Operation Smile! The other heart and dots were from the new Doodled Designs stamp set (below on the right).

I cut the crown shape and the crown itself from Artfully Sent.  The crown is Silver Glitter Paper.  After adhere the two together, I raised it with the Thin 3D foam tape and added one of the Red Enamel Hearts.

The inside is from Artfully Sent as well.  I cut it out in Lagoon cardstock.  The Ruby cardstock is a 5x7 piece and the Congrats cuts out perfectly to fit.  NOTE: real dial size is NOT used with this cartridge. I stamped "retirement" using the alphabet stamp set from the Cricut cartridge collection in Ruby ink.
