ABC's Blog Hop - Letter C

Welcome to the Everything ABC's Blog Hop!!

For my C-themed project, I went with a Card!! *shocker* I'm a card fanatic... love creating ones based on scraps the most. This one came together easier than expected while working on a Hopscotch workshop. The Project My Life (PML) Cards are amazing and I love incorporating them onto my cards or layouts.

I trimmed down the floral PML card from the Hopscotch PML collection so it was 4" x 5.25" and lifted it with the Thin 3D foam tape. I used the Flaxen Twine for some texture and added bling to the center of the flowers using the Bling Gems Gold Assortment pack. The card base is from the Colonial White Value Pack. And woo-la! Easy-peasy. :)

Studio J - Productivity

Here is a layout I created in Studio J - Close to My Heart's digital scrapbooking program.

I created the layout digitally, purchased it and then Close to My Heart prints it out for me on 12x12 high gloss photo paper. All I have to do is put it into a page protector and place it in an album!

Here's my last layout from the pages I was able to get done in Studio J in November. I literally did 17 layouts over the course of a couple of days. It's a great way to do quality work, easily, and quickly. I like to interchange the digital layouts in between my traditional layouts for variety. Plus they make me feel productive!!

Studio J - Album Retreat in the Fall

Here is a layout I created in Studio J - Close to My Heart's digital scrapbooking program.

Not only did Close to My Heart host ONE Album Retreat in 2013, but they ended up hosting TWO Album Retreats!! This one was centered around using Artfully Sent. WOW the layouts were amazing and it was such a great weekend retreat!
