Art With Attitude Blog Hop - Paper Fundamentals

The Stampers with an Attitude team is doing a blog hop, themed {Art with an Attitude}!!  "Who are we?" you might ask?  We are Close to My Heart (CTMH) consultants, who are passionate and talented crafters!

You are in the right place if you just came from
{Melinda Everitt's blog}

For this blog hop, we are showing off the new Paper Fundamentals paper pack.  This pack is includes 20 double-sided 12"x12" sheets (2 each of 10 designs); same design on both sides.  One side has a glossy resist pattern and the other is in the basic color palette.  If you remember the Dream Pop paper pack - this pack is exactly like that!!

I incorporated the chocolate paper with diagonal lines into my Timberline themed layout - it really added a great affect to it!

After distressing all the pieces and assembling, I embellished with the Durables Triangle & Artisan Studs, Chocolate Woodgrain Washi Tape, a zip strip from the paper pack, and a couple of the stickers from the Timberline Complements. The adventure title was cut from the Artbooking Cricut cartridge.  Three of my photos are also raised with 3-D tape.  LOVE it & this paper pack!

  1. Denise, that paper goes so well with Timberline. Beautiful layout!

  2. The embossed stripes of the Paper Fundamentals add a really nice texture to your page.

    1. Thanks Sheila :) It looks way better in person. Very happy with it and glad I'm actually getting some layouts WITH pictures done! haha

  3. Love it and you look like you are having fun! :)

    1. Thanks Kim! Yes - that was a super fun weekend trip. My first time rafting.

  4. I'm loving those multi-color arrows. I feel the need to make them......

    1. I was inspired by Susan Williams' timberline layouts for those. They are the zip strip from the Timberline pack and just cut the same way of the arrows to get the point and tail! The zip strips deff grew on me (wasn't too keen on them when CTMH changed our papers).
